About Us

Hi, I’m Rachel. After getting a Business Studies degree and entering the corporate world a little later in life, I quickly realised that path was not for me. 

So I spent a gap year travelling through Europe and stopped off in Spain and Greece for many months with my dog, Milo, working in animal sanctuaries as a volunteer. It was a lot of fun and I found it unbelievably rewarding.

So in 2018, born out of my passion and love for nature and animals, especially dogs, I started my own dog sitting and walking business, Contented Creatures. 

It felt the right thing for me to do as it naturally blended my passion for dogs with the great outdoors.

I adore looking after dogs and especially small or older ones.

I met Robert 3 years ago, who had recently returned from Malayisa and we discovered we had so much in common, especially our mutual love for dogs, cats and other animals.

We love doing dog sits together but understand that is not always possible, hence we only do house sits in Cheshire, so we can still see each other... and so we do not miss our Jack Russell, Milo too much either!

I am currently completing a diploma course in Creative Visualisation. I enjoy my spare time by reading and gardening.
