Absolutely. We have been walking dogs in packs, professionally, for more than 5 years. Collectively, we have both owned dogs for more than 40 years!

A resounding big, Yes! All dogs in our care get loads of positive talk and reinforcement, it's what we do. You'll never catch us walking your dogs whilst listening to pop music or with our faces in our phones!

We only walk your dogs off-lead under the following conditions:

• We have your written permission
• We have earned your dog's trust & confidence
• Your dog has excellent recall (Both with you and with us)
• We are in a safe, open space (away from roads, farm animals etc)

For additional peace of mind and an extra precautionary measure, we also attach one of Contented Creatures tags to every dog

Absolutely. We are fully insured for yours, and ours, peace of mind. You can request to see our insurance certificate during your Meet My Dog consultation.

We take every precaution possible to protect dogs in our care from the increasing risk of theft.

• We have removed the signage from our vehicle (This also doesn't advertise to thieves that your house could be empty when we call)
• Dogs are never left unattended in our vehicle (And most days there are two of us)
• We vary the areas where we walk our dogs and the routes we take when we get to our destination
• We are armed with personal alarm systems

Yes. We post photos to our social media channels of every dog walk, every day.

If you require updates directly to your phone, we can arrange this via Whatsapp or Messenger at no extra cost.

Every six weeks we email all customers regarding their pack walks, confidence and progress.

All professional dog trainers will recommend that your dog socialises with other dogs and that's what a pack walk will do for your dog.

We walk all dogs individually first before we introduce them to the pack that is best for them.
